Social science researcher based in the SF Bay Area.

I would describe my approach to research as…

  • Curious

Encouraging an inquisitive environment not only brings about the most interesting research questions, but also the most unique solutions to finding answers.

  • Resourceful

Whether you have limitations in time, money, or resources, getting creative with the tools at your disposable is crucial to effectively answering your research question.

  • Collaborative

Quality research takes a quality team! Also, the best questions, methods, and data are representative of multiple perspectives.

Academic Reseach Background

Most of my research experience has been academic, working with Psychology departments at New York University and Santa Clara University, and the Economics department at Santa Clara University. Methodologies I have utilized include psychometric analyses, thematic analyses of interviews, and experimental designs for empirical studies. I love using mixed methods to answer questions concerning what phenomena exist, how they operate, who they affect, and where interventions can help improve experiences.
